Laura Kiley LCSW, Founder and CEO oversees the clinical and administrative aspects of Inner Harbour and provides individual therapy. Laura is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR as well as Adventure Therapy. She has been in the field of addictions for 14 years with experience working with Hanley Hazelden, Columbia Hospital and Sierra Tucson, where she served as the Clinical Outreach Coordinator for the South East. She maintains a private practice with Dr. Raphael Seminario. Ms. Kiley is also a board member with Gratitude House in West Palm Beach , a non-profit organization for women's addiction treatment. She has appeared on Fox television as an expert in the area of Women and depression as well as Radio interviews on addiction and mental health issues.

Susan R. Kuhn BA, CAP , Clinical  Coordinator has been an addictions therapist since 1989. She has  worked with both adults and adolescents in all aspects of chemical dependency  treatment including residential, outpatient, detoxification, halfway house, extended care and intensive out patient. She was instrumental in developing one of the first female adolescent treatment programs in the country as well as to develop an intensive out patient program at St. Josephs Hospital in Lancaster, Pa. Most recently she worked as an addictions therapist in  the Center for Women's Recovery at Hanley Hazelden in West Palm Beach, Florida. Sue meets with the Inner Harbour residents individually as well as to provide educational opportunities focused on boundaries, communication, recovery and hormones, relationships and family roles. Sue also provides case management supervision and training.

Terrie Mahler Proto, MSW holds a Masters Degree in Social Work. She has worked in mental health, crisis intervention and chemical dependency. She has extensive experience in group work. Beyond her formal education she tirelessly continues to update her training and education in chemical dependency and trauma based disorders.
She currently facilitates group process at Inner Harbour . She provides great insight and understanding of the recovery process.

Case Management

Inner Harbour also provides case management services by female staff trained in social services and case management. Inner Harbour has staff available 24/7 on site for residents' individualized care. The case managers help facilitate employment and volunteer opportunities, help the clients integrate into the local AA community and provide support with various activities of daily living, scheduling and transportation needs.

Ancillary Service Providers and Advisors

Dr. Raphael Seminario provides therapy and medication management as needed. Dr. Seminario is a Fellow from the American Psychiatric Association and is Board Certified. He is the former chief of the Department of Psychiatry at St.Mary's Hospital and Good Samaritan as well as the Medical Director at St. Mary's Institute for Mental Health. He has been working with addictions since 1982. Dr. Seminario has been in private practice since 1990 and also maintains his role as Medical Director of Gratitude House an Inpatient Treatment Facility for Women in West Palm Beach , Florida .

David Schnitzer, A.P., Doctor of Oriental Medicine is available for education and treatment in acupuncture as an ancillary service to the clients. Mr. Schnitzer is an Acupuncture Physician, Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a National Board Certified Diplomat. He has been in private practice for six years specializing in acupuncture and Chinese herbology. As a founding member of The Life Flow Health Center in West Palm Beach , Florida , David is dedicated to helping his patients with holistic and comprehensive treatment.

Donna M. Corrente, M.S., CAS , CAP acts as a clinical consultant and was instrumental in the development and implementation of Inner Harbour. She is the former director of women's services at a Hanley Hazelden in West Palm Beach , Florida . A respected clinician, she has appeared on nationally syndicated television features and has been interviewed by print and broadcast media across the country. She developed the Hormonal Shift Assessment currently used at Inner Harbour . Donna is also the recipient of the prestigious NAATP Michael Q. Ford Journalism Award for a series of articles she created on new women's treatment for Counselor Magazine.

Franye Coverman, LCSW acts as a clinical consultant and is available to see the residents on an individual basis. Franye is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in West Palm Beach. She has been working in the social services field for 30 years with experience in the criminal justice system as well as in-patient psychiatry. Franye is a certified hypnotherapist trained in Gestalt  therapy, EMDR, psychodrama and inner-child issues. She has a special interest in women's issues and facilitates women's empowerment groups. She is also the organizational therapist for Florida Stage, a local, professional theater group.
